A feeling of lacking free time can have a serious effect on both physical and emotional health. Our surveys tell us that most people feel they don't exercise enough, don't spend enough time with family and friends and feel the pace of work to be quickening.

No doubt you are accomplishing a lot and are capable of doing much more. But at some point you have to lay down the yoke and find rest from your work. Why not take a few moments now to think of yourself succeeding at some goal outside of work. What is it ? How will you reward yourself when it's accomplished?
